I honestly love working at The Meadows because it has provided the training and space for me to blossom into the best version of myself with the capacity to do great things. When looking back on how I started in my journey to become a therapist, I can see how my life has exponentially changed and gone in directions I would have never expected. The team that I work with is amazingly talented and they are some of the most caring, loving, passionate, and authentic people I have ever met. We practice healthy communication, vulnerability, boundaries, regulation skills, and accountability together. Basically, we actively practice the things that we teach. I have never seen such integrity in any place I have ever worked before which tells me that this truly is a special place. This is why I am so passionate about this company. It is a place that cares about their employees and works hard to create a healthy workspace which translates into amazing therapeutic work with the patients that come here for healing.

As cliché as it sounds, the people I work with are my family, and there has never been a day that I came into work that I have not felt that love. Being at The Meadows Malibu over these past several years is the reason I am who I am today, personally and professionally. I have never felt so blessed to be a part of a team that is invested in my growth and success as a clinician, as well as helping people be the best version of themselves every single day (residents and staff). Working in treatment is hard, and I would not do what I do if I did not witness people change in front of me every day.anywhere else.
